Concept Branch was created because we noticed a gap in the market.

Computing and hosting solutions seemed to fall into two categories: super basic or super advanced.

Basic users could access simple systems that gave them easy-to-use systems offering most of what they wanted, but often on outdated servers leading to a poor user experience. More advanced users were able to pay more for systems that did a lot more.

In fact, many solutions offered too many features for clients resulting in slow server speeds and overly complicated systems. What was missing was a solution that offered clients what they needed when they needed it with the option to scale up smoothly when the time was right for their business.

Rather than users suffering a basic service until it's outgrown and then face a massive leap into a far more complex system, Concept Branch creates systems and processes that grow with your business so you’ve always got everything you need. There are no hidden or expensive extras that you don’t use and that will just hold you back.

We focus on the quality of experience, quantified by users' needs, and what can be a new super "tool" in the future.

From our initial idea, we created our MVP (Minimum Viable Product), which directly plugged the gap we identified in the market. With thorough research and a rigorous system of trial and error, we took the concept from an idea to a bona fide product that we make available to clients.

And we haven’t stopped there

We continue to seek new ways to improve our service and to generate new ideas to tackle other problems and issues as we identify a need to do so, always following the mantra of reliability, scalability and usability.

Our final draft solution will be brought to market in the summer of 2021.
